Mystery Beyond Radio presenter to be contestant in Lancaster fundraiser inspired by The Traitors

A mystery Beyond Radio presenter will be one of 20 contestants in a fundraiser inspired by hit TV show The Traitors.

'The Betrayers’ is CancerCare's exclusive Traitors inspired evening, giving local people the chance to play the game in real life, all whilst raising vital funds for the local cancer charity.

CancerCare are looking for 20 representatives from local businesses to join the Betrayers evening on Friday March 14* at the Ashton Memorial, Williamson Park, where they will complete missions together but then navigate mind games with each other at The Round Table.

Lisa Lambert from CancerCare was on the Weekend Breakfast Show with Sam Cragg and Roy Ward on Sunday, where it was revealed that somebody from Beyond Radio will be taking part.

But the deceit, mystery, intrigue and gameplaying has begun early, because their identity has not yet been revealed!

Maybe it's Beyond Bear, who with his poker face, would surely be an excellent Traitor!

On arrival, participants will be invited to get to know each other before embarking on a series of mentally challenging puzzles, tasks, codes and clues, with banishments taking place throughout the evening.

They will be guided through the missions by the skilful team from Lancaster Escape Rooms and their mission is to uncover the truth before it's too late.

The real version of The Traitors is a hit game show on BBC1, hosted by Claudia Winkleman (below).

Canapes and wine will be provided, and there will be drinks available throughout the evening.

The event culminates at the final discussion when players will need to justify their performances throughout the evening.

Who will be voted out and who will be victorious? But will they be a Faithful or a Traitor?
