
A man has been arrested on suspicion of money laundering at Lancaster train station, following an anonymous tip off from a rail passenger.
Somebody used the British Transport Police text service to report a passenger on a service acting suspiciously on Sunday.
An officer boarded the train at Lancaster, and after a conversation with the man, conducted a stop and search.
The man was then arrested on suspicion of money laundering.
Lancashire CID are now investigating and enquiries are ongoing.
