Dr Who and Star Wars actor to appear at Morecambe Comic-Con

An actor who has appeared in Dr Who, Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Marvel films and more will appear at this year's Morecambe Comic-Con.

The free two-day celebration of comics, sci-fi, anime, gaming and film franchises is coming to the Platform on Easter Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday (April 20 and 21) from 10am to 4pm.

Clem So will be there to meet fans of film franchises he's appeared in including Dr Who, Star Wars, 007, Jurassic Park, Marvel Studios, Fantastic Beasts and many more.

Clem portrayed a Resistance fighter in Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens, a Canto Bight casino patron in Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi, and a Dryden Vos guest in Solo: A Star Wars Story.

He has worked on more than 40 TV shows and feature films. 

There will also be costumed characters from Star Wars, superheroes and others posing for photos over the two days.

A Cosplay competition takes place both days at 2.30pm - it's free to enter so why not dress up as your favourite character - prizes to be won.

There will also be photo opportunities with props on the stage.

And there will be stalls selling Comic Con merchandise including toys, collectables, horror, Anime, Lego, artwork, comics, Pokemon cards, plushies, retro gaming, mystery boxes and bags and more.
