Books have been hidden around the Lancaster and Morecambe area - and clues given out online - as part of drive to encourage reading for children.
An Easter Sunday 'Look for a Book' event will begin on Sunday April 20 at 9am.
Organised by Books by the Bay, this is a fun way to get children and families involved; a way to spend some quality time out in the fresh air, and a way to encourage community engagement.
Books will be hidden in the Morecambe and Lancaster area for children to find, and clues will be given out on social media.
The child who finds the book takes it home to read and then re-hides it if they wish.
People taking part are being asked to snap a photo of themselves, your book and where you found it
Lots of local businesses have sponsored books and made this event possible.
Clues to the whereabouts of hidden books are being posted on the 'Books by the Bay' children's bookshop Facebook page.
The page is run by Claire Wisdom, a secondary school English teacher of almost 10 years and a private tutor.
